Join Raymond Meeks and George Weld in Paris for a discussion of The Inhabitants. Tracing movements of passage and accompanied by sensory poetry, the book is a moving metaphor for the displacement of those deprived of the very possibility of inhabiting.
The talk is a prelude to the monographic exhibition of the works which will take place at the end of 2024 at the Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson.

Join Raymond Meeks at The Photographers' Gallery for the launch of The Inhabitants, a work created over residency in northern France during the summer of 2022 that reflects on the effects of migrant life and passages of dwelling.

Join Raymond Meeks at Bildband, Berlin for a conversation with Tim Carpenter and special book signing to celebrate the launch of The Inhabitants, a pertinent new work that brings together photography and an extended poem by George Weld to reflect on the effects of migrant life through spaces of temporary dwelling and transit.

Join Jim Goldberg at the ICA, where he will be in conversation with writer and curator Lou Stoppard to celebrate the launch of Coming and Going. A remarkable work of autobiography, the book offers a fierce, vulnerable, and at times overwhelming account of a life and a search for the elusive universals of experience – an achievement that constitutes Goldberg’s masterwork.

Jim Goldberg will be in conversation with editor and curator María Inés Plaza Lazo in Berlin to discuss his new book Coming and Going. Told using a correspondingly tumultuous blend of singular and combined imagery, personal notes, collages and ephemera, this is a unique work of autobiography and a dazzling account of the universals of lived experience.
